So Close to Heaven

So Close to Heaven.

Here I lay so close to heaven, where the texture of the stars is an arms length away.
Where the grey of the sky resonates, sparkles and illuminates a shade of lilac.
Where dreams go to be formatted and lives become realized.

So Close to Heaven.

Where reality and fantasy meet at the horizon, the endless seems tangible.

So Close to Heaven.

Where rainfall reflects beauty.
But fear becomes less scarce; where having it all means you have everything to lose and touching the stars extinguishes their light.

Here so Close to Heaven.

Where lives may intertwine only feet away, separated at destiny’s will-where fate plays a colossal role, where questions remain descended in the sky

So Close to Heaven.

Where old habits cease to die and imaginations run amok.

Where tomorrows passing is measured in light years and
Where checking time becomes a crime and lives are taken too quickly.

So close to heaven, yet so far away.
